The Discount District is committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently across the GCC, the UK, Europe and the USA. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, delivery estimates, shipping methods, and important information about customs and deliveries.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, the United States, the United Kingdom, Cyprus, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Portugal and Spain.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. During sales, holidays or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

• UAE: 1 to 2 business days
• GCC, USA, UK and EU: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs clearance, weather, public holidays or courier delays.

5. Shipping Partners

We use trusted courier partners, including Aramex, DHL and SMSA, and other approved logistics providers when necessary.

6. Shipping Charges

• UAE: AED 15. Delivery is free on orders over AED 150.
• All other countries: shipping is based on the destination and the weight of your order.

The exact shipping cost is always calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email where available.

8. Customs, Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped outside the UAE may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes or clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout unless otherwise stated.

9. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges before being resent.

10. Failed Deliveries

If an order is refused or can't be delivered after repeated courier attempts and comes back to us, we refund the items, minus the cost of shipping the parcel back to us and any customs or handling fees charged to us.

11. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and work with the courier to resolve it, wherever your order was delivered.

12. Returns and Cancellations

• UAE: returns within 7 days of delivery, with a flat AED 15 return shipping fee. Refunded as store credit, or to your original payment method if you paid online. Cash on delivery orders are refunded as store credit.
• All other countries: returns within 14 days of receiving your order. You pay the return shipping. Refunds go to your original payment method.

13. Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspections, severe weather, public holidays, courier disruptions or other events outside our reasonable control.
