1.1 The Discount District is an online retailer specializing in authentic branded clothing, shoes, and different apparel for men & women at discounted prices.


1.2 We operate in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and offer shipping within these regions the United Arab EmirateS (UAE) and Saudi Arabia (KSA).


1.3 We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Ordering & Payments

2.1 By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete.


2.2 Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability of products is subject to change without notice.


2.3 We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available in UAE & KSA
  • Apple Pay & Google Pay
  • Tabby

2.4 Payment must be completed at the time of order placement, except for COD orders.


2.5 In case of payment failure or unauthorized transactions, we reserve the right to cancel or hold the order.

3. Pricing & Promotions

3.1 All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams) or SAR (Saudi Riyals) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.


3.2 Prices may change without prior notice due to promotions, supplier changes, or market conditions.


3.3 Discount codes and promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 We currently ship across UAE and KSA with the following estimated delivery times:

  • UAE: 1-2 business days
  • KSA: 3-7 business days

4.2 Shipping fees apply as follows:

  • UAE: AED 15 (Free for orders above AED 200)
  • KSA: Based upon weight of order (automatically calculated at checkout)

4.3 Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation. Delays may occur due to high demand, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.


4.4 Once an order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS.


4.5 The Discount District is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

5. Returns, Exchange & Refunds

5.1 Customers can return or exchange eligible products within 7 days of receiving the order.


5.2 Items must be in unused condition, with original packaging and tags attached to qualify for a return.


5.3 The following items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless defective:

  • Underwear, swimwear, and socks.

5.4 Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is inspected.


5.5 Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be issued as store credit.


5.6 Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

6. Loyalty Program

6.1 Customers can earn points for every purchase made on The Discount District website.


6.2 Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.


6.3 The Discount District reserves the right to change or terminate the loyalty program at any time without prior notice.

7. Product Authenticity & Warranty

7.1 We guarantee that all products sold on our website are 100% authentic branded items sourced from verified suppliers.


7.2 We do not offer manufacturer warranties, but we ensure quality checks before shipping.

8. Cancellations & Order Modifications

8.1 Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been processed for shipping.


8.2 If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the return process must be followed.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

9.1 We respect customer privacy and ensure that personal data is handled securely.


9.2 Customer data, including email addresses and contact details, will only be used for order processing, customer support, and promotional purposes (if consent is given).


9.3 We do not share customer information with third parties, except for shipping and payment processing purposes.
