We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Saudi Arabia (KSA).
How long does delivery take?
- UAE: 1-2 business days
- KSA: 4-7 business days
How much is the shipping cost?
- UAE: AED 15 (Free for orders above AED 250)
- KSA: Based on order weight, shipping cost is calculated at check-out.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to track your package in real-time.
4. Returns & Refunds
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer easy returns or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.
How do I request a return?
- Contact our customer support team with your order number.
- We will arrange a pickup or provide instructions on returning the item. Pick-up shipping fees are paid by customer.
- Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund or exchange.
Are there any non-returnable items?
Yes, for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or socks unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. If you paid via COD, your refund will be issued as store credit.
